Kory - Business Owner
Kory began his automotive career in 1995, starting at a quick lube. He gained experience working with his father and at several dealerships while also pursuing a degree in business. In 2016, Kory and his wife Jennelle, purchased Rozema’s Car Care from his father, Ron. Since then, he has grown the team, expanded the building, and developed the business into a thriving operation. Outside of work, Kory enjoys watching his two sons play sports and takes pride in helping clients get safely back on the road while mentoring and supporting his staff.

Ali - General Manager

After spending over five years in customer service, Ali began her journey in the automotive industry in February of 2023 as a Service Advisor at Rozema’s Car Care, stepping in with only the basics—how to change a tire and jump-start a vehicle. Through dedication and a passion for learning, she has since grown in both knowledge and leadership, now serving as the General Manager of Rozema’s Car Care. Outside of work, Ali enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and spending time in community. She has a heart for the church and strives to give God all the glory in everything she does.

Andrew - Lead Technician 

Andrew began his automotive career part-time in 2016, working on oil changes and tires. After completing his schooling, he started full-time in 2020 and went on to earn his ASE Master Technician certification. In May of 2022, he joined the Rozema’s Car Care team and now serves as our Lead Technician. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as selling motorcycle parts on eBay. He thrives on new challenges and finding creative solutions to solve them.

Luke - Technician 

Luke began his automotive career at Rozema’s Car Care in August 2018, starting with oil changes, brakes, and vehicle cleaning. Through hard work and dedication, he has greatly expanded his knowledge and is now an ASE Master Certified Technician. Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and friends. He also loves riding his dirt bike in the dunes, racing derby cars on the track, and sim racing with his buddies.

Tyler - Technician 

Tyler began his automotive career in 2016 as a diesel technician. In May of 2023, he joined the Rozema’s Car Care team, where he has continued to expand his automotive knowledge and skills. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys fishing, racing motocross, and taking his cat, Basil, on walks.

Joel - Technician 

Joel began his automotive career in 2019, starting with oil changes. In July of 2022, he joined the Rozema’s Car Care team, where he has continued to expand his skills and knowledge. Outside of work, Joel enjoys watching NASCAR and collecting classic country vinyl records. He finds great satisfaction in helping clients get safely back on the road.

Doug - Technician 

Doug began his automotive career in 1989, starting out with oil changes and pumping fuel. Over the years, he gained valuable experience working alongside his father at a transmission repair facility, where he continued to learn and grow in the trade. In May of 2025, Doug joined the Rozema’s Car Care team, bringing his decades of knowledge and hands-on experience. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s golfing, camping, hunting, or fishing.

Nicole - Service Advisor 

After spending over fifteen years in customer service, Nicole began her journey in the automotive industry in December of 2024 as a Service Advisor at Rozema’s Car Care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as baking and gardening. Nicole takes pride in walking alongside clients and helping them navigate important decisions.

Martie - Client Service Relations 

After spending over twenty years in customer service, Martie began her automotive journey in April 2025 at Rozema’s Car Care as our Client Service Relationship Specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the lake and in the rear, riding her bike, crocheting, and laughing with her two children. Martie takes pride in collaborating with the team and providing support to our clients.
