After spending over five years in customer service, Ali began her journey in the automotive industry in February of 2023 as a Service Advisor at Rozema’s Car Care, stepping in with only the basics—how to change a tire and jump-start a vehicle. Through dedication and a passion for learning, she has since grown in both knowledge and leadership, now serving as the General Manager of Rozema’s Car Care. Outside of work, Ali enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and spending time in community. She has a heart for the church and strives to give God all the glory in everything she does.
