Her journey began in 2015 when she founded her own small business, where she developed a passion for building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Before joining Rozema’s Car Care, Melissa spent three years in Washington DC, as a professional personal assistant and customer service specialist, refining her skills in problem-solving and client support. Now back in the area and reconnecting with her roots, she is proud to serve as a Service Advisor, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and confident in the care of their vehicle.
